Rules and Restrictions

| Most orders are processed as soon as your
order is placed. Your order will be shipped once we verify
your billing address, the shipping address, and once
your payment is approved. If there are problems with
verifications with your order, the order will be delayed until
we have completed our verification process.

| If your
order is placed after 2PM Pacific Standard time, your order
will be processed and shipped very next day. Hence, please
place your order before 2PM Pacific Standard Time if you
would like us to ship your order today.

| If an item you ordered is
currently out of stock, we will notified you immediately via your phone or email
address.
|
| Your credit card will not be charged until the day we ship your product.
|
| We do not deliver to PO BOX,
APO, or FPO address. We require that all delivery addresses be a physical addresses.
|
| Certain orders may only be shipped to your billing or a verifiable alternate
address for your protection. In such a case we will contact you for additional verification.
|
| On
all shipments domestic or international, if a package is
refused by customer, or does not pickup on time from delivery
company; the package will be returned by shipping companies.
All shipping and handling charges including duties and taxes
are responsibility of the customer. Thus, we deduct all
shipping and handling charges on returned or refused packages
before issuing a refund.

| Signatures
are required on all packages. Shipping companies will not
leave our packages without a signature.
