For period of 90 days from the purchase date, all fine jewelries come with warranty . Our jewelry warranty covers defects in manufacturing only. It does not cover excessive wear and tear, and it does not cover abuse.
The warranty also does not cover shipping and handling costs involved
in transporting your jewelry for repairs. Our warranty is valid only at
classybrand.com, or at service centers that we may authorize. If improper repairs were performed by none authorized person will void the warranty.

Before sending your jewelry for repairs, please contact us by clicking
here for repair authorization number (RA). Once you have been issued an RA number, please send
your jewelry back to us at our mailing
address. Please include the following information before sending your
jewelry so that we can properly identify your order.
Explanation of the problems
Please properly package your jewelry so that it does not
damage it even further, and be sure to INSURE your package for the price you paid for the
jewelry with reliable carrier, such as UPS or FEDEX. All shipping costs related to repairs are your responsibility.
