Once you have placed an order at Classybrand.com, you can cancel your order with us by emailing our customer support at sales@classybrand.com or by calling us at 213-239-9726. Please email us with your order number and your name, we will send you confirmation email to confirm your request. If your order has been shipped before we receive your cancellation, the order cannot be cancelled while in transit. In such a case, you can refuse your package once the delivery personal attempts to deliver the package to you. Also, if you did receive the package, you can send the package back to our address. Our return policy applies to the packages not delivered due to recipients refusal, or returned due to recipients change in delivery.
